Most 3D Printers will not print a 25.4mm wide STL exactly 25.40mm wide. The path a 3D printer nozzle follows might be the inside, middle, or outside of an object. This also does not account for the material oozing away from the nozzle because of pressure. This expansion is known as “Horizonal Expansion” Use this very simple file to test your printer’s horizonal expansion until the disc slots into the plate without falling out. For my Ender 3s, I use “Horizonal Expansion =-.175mm” and “Initial Layer Horizontal Expansion =-.2mm”

This is the leveler file I personally use to level my build plate. Run your slicer like you normally would yo see if your nozzle is too close or too far from the bed. I recommend a single walled skirt. If the print is squished, tighten that spring. If the print comes loose, wipe the bed with isopropyl, and rerun it. If it comes loose a second time, loosen the spring and close the nozzle/bed gap. I have 2 line widths avaliable in case you are not using a .4mm nozzle, or want a second pass.
