I offer two versions: One is smaller, and will have your activity clearly printed (default is "tracker") and the other is larger and has a pocket for a notecard. Each of the 7 sliders start on the left or at "zero" and if you do that thing today, slide it to the right. The nub on top of the slider is a few mm taller than the top of the tracker.
